Introducing British Colour Standard's beautiful collection of striped dinner candles. Hand-poured by artisans these colourful candles are a stylish addition to any home, perfect for entertaining or giving as a gift.
Poured in three bold bands of British Colour Standard Beryl, Bokhara & Moonstone.
Beryl Green
The colour of the precious stone Beryl, from the Greek Berullos. The Green Beryl is coloured by the presence of iron, the gem can vary from translucent to transparent, which results in increasing the shine and brilliance of the gem.
Bokhara Green
Named from the colour often found in oriental rugs from the Bokhara district of Turkestan. Traditionally made by the Turkmen tribes the rugs were made almost entirely from locally obtained materials,. Using wool from the herds and vegetable dyes, or other natural dyes from the land to create the Bokhara green colour.
Moonstone Grey

A descriptive name from one of the groups of minerals known as felspars found chiefly in Sri Lanka (formerly Ceylon). One of the delicate blues found chiefly in Chinese pottery and silks.

Fair Trade made, hand poured in Indonesia
No animal derived ingredients
100% Stearin wax (veg origin)
Pure cotton wick (lead/metal free)
Ecological colour dyes, paraffin free.

Candle Care & Safety:
Handle with care. The hand-poured nature of the product means that this is a delicate item and wax discs can separate if rattled too much.
Best when lit for 4 hours at a time
Stop burning when 2cm of unmelted candle remains
Leave 10 cm between candles when burning

Only received 2 out of 3 boxes ordered.

Poor. Only received two out of the three boxes I ordered. Very disappointing - especially as I wrote to ask about having the outstanding box sent to me and never heard anything back! Hugely disappointing and what a shame as the candles are so beautiful.
