Ordered the wrong item?
Don’t worry just email info@designedcolour.com immediately after your change of mind. Please note we will endeavour to sort out any replacements or exchange but please be aware that order confirmations are sent directly to our warehouse for dispatch and outside working hours and during holiday this might not be possible to control.
My product arrived damaged / My product’s broken!
If a breakage should occur, please do not throw the item away. Keep it in it's packaging and inform us of the problem within 7 days of receiving the goods otherwise we cannot be held responsible for damage incurred.
The shipper may wish to collect the item in question and photographic evidence, however we will contact you in both cases, if necessary.

Don’t like what you’ve ordered, and want to return your item?
If you change your mind about your order once the goods have arrived, then we will happily exchange them / refund you once the 'undamaged' products have arrived back at the agreed return destination, however the customer is liable for all shipping costs, also please make sure you have a proof of delivery as we cannot refund you for lost goods in transit.
Bespoke Products?
Currently we are able to make a variety of bespoke products, however the Minimum Order Quantities are generally over a 1000 pieces. For more information please contact Jackie Piper on jackie@designedcolour.com for more information.
